Embossing rollers for outward-facing raised bead strips
Embossing rollers can optionally be integrated into the system to create outward-facing raised bead strips on the tube. The embossing is carried out from the inside to the outside, so the beads – unlike with embossing on the flattened tube – face outward on all sides of the tube. This results in a more uniform surface appearance, as the embossing is evenly aligned all around.
In addition, a better embossing result is achieved because only a single film layer is embossed at a time instead of two superimposed film layers.
The possible dimensions of the internal dies vary depending on the model:
