Manufacturing, assembly and commissioning:
All In-house.
Precision and durability. Our production facility manufactures all the components that are later assembled into high-performance custom machines and automated systems. Every part is one-of-a-kind, crafted by experts with years of experience.
Welding
Sturdy. Precise. Professionally fabricated.
The welding department produces load-bearing structures and welding frames according to technical documentation.
Whether massive machine frames or delicate brackets: the welding department has the expertise and equipment to manufacture even highly demanding structures.
Sheet metal fabrication
Punched. Bent. Further processed.
In the sheet metal fabrication department, sheet metal components for our machines and systems are manufactured.
Machining
Precision. Care. Attention to detail.
Here, workpieces are primarily programmed manually and manufactured on modern 3- and 5-axis milling and turning machines.
What sets our machining apart: we also process very large workpieces with machining lengths of up to seven metres. This capacity is particularly crucial for the construction of frame structures and guide systems in punching and bending lines and other large-scale systems.
Assembly
Individual components become high-performance systems
The assembly department brings all the components together. This includes mechanical components, the connection of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as the final preparations for commissioning.
Commissioning
The system proves its performance
Assembly is followed by commissioning. This is the phase in which all systems are tested together and coordinated for the first time.
Only when all functions are operating reliably and the defined quality and performance parameters have been met does the relocation and formal handover of the system take place, followed by installation and commissioning at the customer’s site.
Do you have a project enquiry, or are you looking for a system that can be seamlessly integrated into your production process?
We’d be happy to assist you!
