Tellen.Convert Efficient and reliable film finishing
Gusseting, inner embossing and microperforation allow the film properties to be precisely adjusted even whilst the process is underway. The system combines several processing steps into a single unit and continuously prepares flat tubular film for demanding bag and sack applications.

Optimal shaping
Gusseting enables precise shaping of flat-laid tubular films and creates ideal conditions for stable, volume-optimised bag and sack solutions.
Enhanced grip
Inner embossing refines the film surface and specifically enhances grip. This improves slip resistance, stacking stability and the handling of the sacks during transport and storage.
Controlled gas exchange
Microperforation improves the opening and filling behaviour of the sacks whilst enabling controlled air, gas and moisture exchange during filling, transport and storage.

- Base frame & front section: Robust welded construction with integrated web guiding and mounting surfaces for additional modules
- Take-off unit: Driven by a synchronous SEW bevel gear motor and equipped with nip rollers to stabilise the air bubble
- Long platform (length = 1,800 mm): Walkable platform for easy access for adjustment and maintenance
- Dancer roller at the film inlet for uniform web tension
- Embossing frame: Mounting for the internal tool for gusseting and embossing
- Air-conditioned control cabinet with PLC control
- Microperforation unit protected by a double-leaf safety door with safety switch
