Tellen.Convert GEM: Gusseting with inner embossing and microperforation
The optional microperforation unit creates a precise, fine perforation pattern in the film.
It is compatible with needle rollers from common manufacturers. The tool-free exchange of needle rollers enables short setup times and high operational flexibility.

Using the specially developed triple spreader, the perforated film is opened in a controlled and even manner.
This allows for inner embossing even after perforation. Since perforated films generally can no longer form a stable bubble, this system enables reliable further processing despite the existing perforation.
